Handmade Tibetan Rugs from Nepal - artelino

Tibetan Tiger RugIn June 2009 we received a new shipment of traditional Tibetan rugs from Nepal. We had ordered many of the new pieces after designs that we had sold before. This page compares two examples of the same design. No rug is like the other one.

This comparison is an impressive demonstration of the all handmade character of the Tibetan rugs made especially for us in Nepal.

My special thanks and my admiration go out to the unknown weavers and designers whose skill makes the creation of such unexcelled pieces of beauty possible.
