1. Purchases

Orders should be placed online by using our shopping cart and the checkout. Thus our system can calculate your precise shipment fee and tax (where applicable). A first-time order by a new client is limited to 2 items for destinations outside Germany and 3 items for shipments within Germany .

2. Availability

Each item shown in our shop catalog is a unique piece. Sold items are marked as such or are taken from the catalog as soon as we have received a purchase order for this article. In the rare case of more than one order for an item, the order that came in first is served.

3. Payment

artelino accepts payment by VISA ®, Mastercard ®, American Express ®, Paypal ® and bank transfer (recommended only for buyers from an European country). We reserve the right to defer shipment until the funds have cleared. Please read our payment policy.

4. Currencies

We accept payment in € and in US $. The primary currency of artelino is the EURO. Currently our shop and checkout shows prices only in €.

5. Shipping

6. Insurance

Our shipments of ordered items to our clients are subject to insurance coverage. The shipment insurance is included in our shipment fees.

7. Return Policy

7.1. Return Policy - Shipments outside the European Union

You may return objects within 20 days in the original shipping condition if you should not be satisfied with your purchase. We refund you the full price of the items(s) plus our shipping fee. You have to cover your return shipping costs yourself.

7.2. Return Policy - Shipments within the European Union

You may return an item within 20 days at our costs. This includes the shipping costs both ways.

8. Sales Tax and Customs Duties

All prices are subject to VAT for buyers from a member state of the European Union.

Buyers from outside the EU member states like the USA or Switzerland are exempt from VAT. Also companies from an EU member state other than Germany are exempt from VAT if they register with their European VAT registration number.

It is the buyer's responsibility to check for customs duties imposed on items by the local legislation of the country of his shipment address.
