General Return Policy

You may return items at our risk without giving a reason within 20 days after they have been delivered to you. Items should preferably be returned in their original packaging condition.

Shipment Country is a Member State of the European Union

We refund you the total amount you paid including VAT and shipment costs both ways within 10 days after receival of your return(s).

Shipment Country is outside the European Union

We refund you the total amount you paid including our shipping fee within 10 days after receival of your return(s). You have to carry the costs for your return shipment yourself. In other words, you have to cover the shipment fee for one way if you return an order or an item.
