Worldwide Shipment to Selected Countries
We ship worldwide to circa 3 dozen countries that we serve (see chapter 'Shipment Zones'). If your country should not be available in the list of countries shown during the registration process, please contact us.
Flat Shipment Fee
We charge a flat shipment fee. This includes everything - package, transport and insurance.
The shipment fee for your order depends on:
- Weight of your order.
- Your shipment country.
Shipments within Germany are free.
Shipper
We ship by National Postal Services. To give an example, a shipment to the USA is dispatched by us with DHL and after leaving Germany delivered in the US by USPS (United States Parcel Service). Outside Europe, mainly to the United States of America our shipments are rather slow. But it is reliable and it is the cheapest option.
Delivery Times
We pack and deliver usually within two days after having received your order and your payment. Shipment time by our shipper may vary from 2 days to 4 weeks - in some rare instances even more. As a rule of thumb all shipments within Europe do not take longer than one week. Shipments outside Europe may take longer - with the USA being the country with the slowest delivery times (1-4 weeks).

Insurance
All our shipments are automatically insured. In case of a damage or loss, you will be fully reimbursed by artelino directly. You have no hassle with an insurance company. We handle that.
